Congratulations to our two winners of the ‘Creative Spirit’ art and creative writing competition. Their art was chosen from all the diocesan entries and Bishop Denis Brennan made a presentation to the girls on Friday night. Your parents and teachers are very proud of you. Well done girls

Mini 7’s
Both our hurlers and camogie players competed in Mini 7s in February. They put in a great effort but failed to advance from Round 1 in the competition.
The focus has now turned to Rackard League with matches starting the 2nd week in March.
As always we wish our players every success in this years leagues and look forward to some great battles on the field.
Grandparents Day Mass was cancelled this year due to snowy and icy conditions which made it too dangerous to travel to the church.
The children had worked really hard on their grandparents art/gift which were displayed around the school.
3rd & 4th class created some beautiful poems and lovely portrayals of their grandparents.
3rd & 4th Class created some lovely mosaic hearts using paper
