Kiltealy N.S. have commenced Super Troopers, Ireland’s first “health homework” programme.
This programme is fun, free and friendly for all teachers, children and parents to take part in.
The programme focuses on increasing physical activity levels among children, encouraging a healthy lifestyle and improving well-being and food habits at a young age.
Super Troopers is all about ensuring children have as much fun as possible while getting active. Its not about winning or losing, but ensuring that kids take part and try their best.
Each child received their Super Trooper Active Journal and wall charts and can follow the weekly schedule of activities to keep active.
Have Fun Being Active Everybody!!!
